Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I value the opportunity to support you during your scheduled session. When cancellations occur with short notice, it can prevent other clients from having the opportunity to schedule during that time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 2 hours’ notice before your scheduled session time. • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before your appointment: You may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule your session at no additional cost. • Cancellations made within 2 hours of your appointment: The session fee is non-refundable, as your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.
